Bulk is the first Italian app dedicated to sneaker reselling, targeting both private users and professionals. For this project, I designed a fast, clear, and flexible mobile interface that meets the needs of those who buy and sell— even in stock—collectible sneakers. The goal was to combine the fluidity of major international platforms with a strong visual identity, aligned with the urban and contemporary aesthetic of the sneakerhead audience.

The reselling market is crowded and dominated by international players. Bulk wanted to stand out by offering a professional platform with the intuitiveness and freshness of an app built for true enthusiasts. The challenge was twofold: designing a UX/UI that was simple and clear for private users, but also efficient for those buying in stock (B2B logic).
I built the UX around three core flows: single purchase, selling, and bulk purchase. The interface was designed mobile-first, with smooth micro-interactions and a clear visual hierarchy guiding users in a simple and direct way. Visually, the app draws from the streetwear world, with bold tones and a strong look that communicates authority and belonging.
An app that unites aesthetics and functionality, designed for a fast-paced and dynamic market like sneakers. Today, Bulk presents itself as the first real Italian alternative in sneaker reselling, with a strong voice that speaks to both B2C customers and professional buyers.
